| Today was the final day of the second annual Electric City Tattoo Convention. Tattoos are not my thing, but they are very popular in Northeast Pennsylvania and quite a few tattoo artists and shops seem to be thriving. Since I was passing by the hotel I had to pop in for a quick look around. |
